Out for a hike today, of course had to do some caching at the same time. It was a great hike with a lot of horses out on the trail. We picked the fire road so we could use the stroller instead of the pack ( actually since I am the mule I chose the fire road option)

So we are on to the next step. L is loving the hand foods. Here she is shoveling some bread in her mouth with a smearing of blueberries. I think Shaylor is pretty happy about this new feeding style. Half of L's meal is on the ground so of course Shaylor will come in for the cleaning.

L still prefers to stand over crawling.
Here she is helping daddy lower the crib so when she gets up on her own
she doesn't fall out of the crib on her own

"Daddy we did it, yipee!"

Getting late again, til next time:)

Dominican part 2

Here we are at 4:30am getting ready to take the shuttle to the airport. Notice the 8 people and 20 bags.

Once in the Dominican, L seemed to enjoy the warm weather. Here she is at the mother's house in Santiago.

Here we were on a side road near the beach looking for a cache. Notice the black water collection tank on the house on the left, a common site. You may also notice the flowing "water" on each side of the road, another common site.

Towards the end of our stay we were in the mountains. This was a nice hotel just very isolated, though not too far away they had nightly baseball games. We went to check one out and I was surprized to see that the baseball game was actually a fast pitch softball game. We stopped and watched for awhile.

While in the mountain, Jarabacoa, we did manage to do get a little hike in. Though it was warm enough outside we opted not to test the water, for fear of what might be up stream.
Until next time Adios.
PS. We love to check the comments
Thanks Jenia for the first one!!
